Commenting on today’s appointments, Lord Daresbury said:“After two and a half years chairing Highland Gold and seeing it through its early years as a public company, I believe the time is now right for new leadership. We are privileged that somebody of the stature and experience of James Cross has agreed to take over from me. I am also delighted that Tim Wadeson is joining the Board.”
James Cross said:“Under Peter’s Chairmanship Highland Gold has been successfully floated on AIM and further developed its world class assets with the acquisitions of Mayskoye and Taseevskoye.
